Order Cancellation Policy

•    User shall be entitled to cancel an order booked on chibindia.com by placing a Cancellation request at “[email protected]” or by logging a call to our Support Team.
•    Valid Reasons for Order Cancellation:
-    Order by Mistake
-    Wrong Item Ordered
•    Cancellation requested by a customer will lead to a deduction of 18% (3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) from the total amount of order.
•    In case the order is already shipped then 18% (3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) + Forward Shipping Charges + RTO (Return to Origin) Shipping Charges will be deducted from the total amount of order.
•    We have all the rights to cancel the order without any prior notice for any reason whatsoever (100% refund will be given).
•    Refunds will be initiated to the origin mode of payment. In some cases, we may require the Account Details or Paytm Number to initiate the refunds manually.
•    Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days from the date of refunds approval.
